Refunds and Cancellations

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

We want every woman who comes to Life Season Letters to feel cared for, and that includes being clear and kind about how refunds and cancellations work. This policy explains what to expect, in plain terms, so there are never any surprises.

1. The 14-Day Refund Window

1.1 You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your first payment for a subscription, for any reason. This applies to every plan we offer, whether monthly, six-month, or annual. If you request a refund within those first fourteen days, we will return what you paid, and your subscription will end.

1.2 The fourteen-day window runs from the date of your first payment for a subscription. It is a one-time window that applies to the start of your subscription, not to each renewal.

2. After the 14-Day Window

2.1 After the first fourteen days, a subscription is non-refundable. If you are on a six-month or annual plan, the amount you have paid for the remainder of that term is non-refundable, though you are welcome to continue receiving your letters through the end of the term you paid for.

2.2 Monthly plans. A monthly subscription renews each month. The fourteen-day refund window applies only to your first month. Once that window closes, the current month and every renewed month afterward are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, the current month finishes and no further months renew.

2.3 Six-month and annual plans. For a six-month or annual subscription, the fourteen-day window likewise applies to the start of the subscription. After it closes, the prepaid term is non-refundable, and cancelling stops the plan from renewing at the end of that term.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

3.1 You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing. Your letters continue through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after you cancel.

3.2 Because cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending the paid term immediately, you keep access to the letters you have already paid for through the end of that term.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

4.1 Refund and cancellation requests are handled in writing, so that we have a clear record and can take care of you properly. Please email us at support@LifeSeasonLetters.com, or use the contact form on our website, and we will take care of the rest.

4.2 Our toll-free line is a warm line for questions and conversation. Refund and cancellation requests are handled through our written channel rather than by phone, so that nothing is missed and everything is handled with care.

5. Gift Subscriptions

5.1 A gift subscription may be refunded to the person who purchased it within fourteen (14) days of purchase, on the same terms described above. After that window, a gift subscription is a completed purchase.

5.2 If a purchaser lets us know that a gift was not claimed, we will work with the purchaser to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

6. Renewals

6.1 Subscriptions that renew automatically will remind you before each renewal. You may cancel at any time before a renewal to prevent the next charge, as described in Section 3.

6.2 A gift is a one-time purchase, and the purchaser is never charged for a renewal. When the recipient redeems a gift, the subscription is created on her own account. When the gift term ends, that subscription renews only if the recipient has added her own payment details; if she has not, it simply does not renew.

7. A Note From Us

Life is unpredictable, and hard seasons rarely arrive at a convenient time. If you are facing genuine hardship, we hope you will reach out to us. While this policy sets out what we are able to offer, we care about the women we write to, and we will always listen with kindness.
